I am looking for a friendly easy going roommate. I am a single Mom of 3 amazing well behaved children ages 10, 8 and 5 going on 25 lol, who are here during the school week and some weekends ... we like to laugh and have fun. We dont have too much free time because we are always busy and on the run. I have a 1BR on the 3rd level available for rent and you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 person who is hardly ever home. We like to TRY and keep it as clean as we can with everyone pitching in and doing their part. You would have use of my whole house which includes my kitchen, den, laundry room, deck, parking. The room is cable ready and has a phone line for internet. I am really looking for a roommate that has a busy life but likes to chill here and there and watch a movie. I am a good friend to those who prove to be a good friend to me.

Signed lease for a month at time and first and last months rent is due before move in date.

This is a good quiet safe place to live and is easy access to 795 and the main highways. I am a kid at heart and I am not boring by all means.
