All working different shifts rarely home at the same time. Huge plus about the house is the four car parking pad. Plenty of room for entertaining in the gated back patio and second floor deck. Utilities included in rent; Protect America security, Verizon phone land line, Verizon wireless internet, Comcast cable in each room and living room which is hook up to a 37" flat screen plasma HDtv. Bge and water bills split between four roommates. All stainless steal kitchen appliances including dishwasher, refridgerater, stove and microwave. Brand new waasher and dryer on second floor. House has central heating and air conditioning.
Would prefer yound professional, no pets, nonsmoker, no drugs, clean and respectful of other roommates and their rotating work hours. But roommates do like to go out and have a good time in the Federal hill night life.

Yen Tai recently graduated from university of vermont and will be working at JHH as a critic care nurse. working D/N rotation.
Debra Lin is a graduate from Penn State . She is working in the financial services industry.
