I have a new sofa and new LCD HDTV in the living room with fireplace. Full size Washer & Dryer in unit. I have a patio and the condo backs to a nature preserve.
Would share rest of house with my 2 1/2 year-old Shih Tzu and me. Shih Tzu’s are hypoallergenic and they shed very little. She is very well behaved and lovable. I am a 28 year old professional female. I work a 9-5 job near the Baltimore Harbor.
I am located across from McDonogh Prep School and T.Rowe Price in Owings Mills. I live minutes from Owings Mills subway station and live conveniently near 695/83/95.
Asking $575/month + 1/2 of utilities. Utilities include BGE (Depending on the season: $120 - $240/2 people), Comcast digital cable & high-speed internet ($90/2 people), water and trash service (included in rent).
