The Opportunity Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities Your attention to detail and accuracy will allow you to effectively coordinate the necessary sign-ups, follow-ups, and prospect relation activities needed to provide them with information as to the information of our program. Your positive attitude and communication skills will provide excellent prospect service, both internally and externally. Your ability to adapt to change and comfort in a high growth organization are key to successfully working with prospects.
