09/14/11Nice-sized room (roughly 13x13) for rent in 3 bedroom rowhome in Butcher's Hill/Upper Fells Point, available in mid-October (date flexible). The rate is $615 plus approximately $120 in utilities including electric, water, internet, and cable. Central heat and A/C, washer and dryer on the second floor for easy accessibility, dishwasher in the kitchen. You will share a full bathroom with one other housemate, but it is very large and comfortable for two. Both the bathroom and the kitchen are equipped with heated tile floors for the winter months. Kitchen is up to date with lots of counter room for cooking and granite countertops. There is also a nice, spacious closet in the room, storage room available in the basement, and lots of space in the communal areas for furniture if you've got it! The house boasts a two-level rooftop deck that views the city (you can see the water!) and a back brick patio with raised beds, great for gardening. Our neighborhood is super friendly mostly young professionals, home owners, and a few students. Neighbors on both sides are quiet, friendly, and respectful. The convenience of the location is in great proximity to the rest of the city, walk to Fells six blocks away or Harbor East equally in the next direction. Patterson park is close by for nice escape. The room has two windows which keep it nice and bright, and has an original exposed brick wall. The entire house also has hardwood floors. Please email me directly for pictures.
