I'm looking to sublet my 1 room apartment from now until mid to late August. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, night stand, futon in living room, desk, a little dining table and stools, microwave, fridge, etc. Living room and bedroom are hardwood floor. Bathroom and kitchen are tiles. Cozy place, plenty of room for one person and very decent for a couple. Laundry is coin-operated and is in the basement (the apartment is on the first floor so the basement entrance is literally next door). 5 minute walk to Central Square T stop and Mass Ave bus stops. 10 minute walk from Kendall Square/MIT. Very close to Whole Foods and Shaw's. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Parking garages nearby or you can find parking on the streets with a Cambridge sticker. Free hot water. Electric, heat and internet are not included (+$80 dollars if a heavy AC user). Please email for pictures.
