I have 1 bedroom available in my Very Spacious apartment in West Medford Sq. It it fairly large.
I haven't measured it but I would say 12 or 15 x 18 or 20. it is a Philadelphia style
apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 2 family. The bedrooms are on the third floor.
There is a large living room and separate dining room area and an eat in kitchen with a
disposal and a dishwasher.
There are also very nice porches on the front and the back.
All the rooms are bright and sunny and there is wall to wall carpeting.
Some off street parking is available and it is convenient to buses
to several subway lines. There is also a free washer and dryer in the basement.
I am a very quiet, laid back gay male dad (son does not live with me).
The other tennant is also a gay male, also very laid back and quiet.
There is also a very sweet and friendly female cat who is queen of the house.
We hope that you would be 420, animal and gay friendly.
Each room is $600 and the utils are split 3 ways. First and security ($1400) to move in.
