Terrific Room for Rent!
11/30/09I am searching for a student or young professional to rent my beautiful room available starting as early December 22nd! It is in a spacious, hardwood-floored 4-bedroom apartment only minutes from Boston University, Boston College, the T (the green B line to Boston College), Brookline, coffee shops, bars, and terrific eateries. The 14' by 12' room is drenched with sunlight courtesy of two large windows. It is fully furnished with a double bed, nightstand, coffee table, and a chair. The room is also fully equipped with a walk-in closet that could put a smile on any wardrobe's face. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, too. There is a huge living room, a tiled bathroom, a spacious pantry, a modern kitchen, and a sunroom. The apartment is shared with three independent, easy-going, post-graduates. Our schedules never collide so the apartment will practically be yours. The rent is $750 including water and heat. The other utilities, which equal to about $30-40 a month, are split between the roommates. The lease would be from January 1st-August 31st. This apartment is a perfect way to ring in the 2010!
