Human Resource Intern
10/01/09Description: This internship will entail all duties a Human Resource Manager would complete on a daily basis. The intern will advertise for new real estate agents/brokers. Handle all incoming employment calls and scheduling of interviews with the office managers. Present new hires with employment paperwork, and make sure all pertinent copies of identification are filed. Notify tech personnel to set up email accounts and any other computer based accounts. Make identification cards and save all pictures and personal information in agent/broker database. Intern will also be responsible for assisting financial department with storage and filing of all paperwork in appropriate locations. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the Human Resources field and gain knowledge on how a functioning professional Real Estate office runs. Qualifications: Schedule: 5 - 20 hours per week; intern can work any hours between 9am – 9pm Monday through Sunday. All semesters available. The intern will have the opportunity to receive course credit if applicable and expand his/her portfolio of professional work. This is an unpaid internship that base on evaluation can turn into a position with our company.
