HTML Marketing Intern
10/01/09This HTML marketing position is a mission critical position that delivers advanced marketing and assistance for our real estate agents. Intern will design cutting edge real estate templates and deploy this marketing on a myriad of highly trafficked websites. Interns will be using all types of software including but not limited to: Front Page, Dream Weaver, Microsoft Picture it and many others to develop vibrant marketing material with significant impact. The intern may also be called upon to make innovative and eye catching flyers for the real estate agents to distribute. The HTML marketing intern will also overlay all types of pictures and video into these templates and do daily updates of these advertisements. The intern will learn the inner workings of real estate, how prices often change rapidly in the real estate sector, and how marketing on the internet must be changed in a rapid manner. The intern will work closely with real estate managers and agents on a daily basis to assist them in maximizing their showing times. Real estate managers and agents will often be calling them with price updates and new data and it will be the intern’s responsibility to be the vital lifeline in getting real and time sensitive information out to the internet. Qualifications: Schedule: 15 - 30 hours per week; intern can work any hours between 9am – 9pm Monday through Sunday. All semesters available. The intern will have the opportunity to receive course credit if applicable and expand his/her portfolio of professional work. This is an unpaid internship that base on evaluation can turn into a position with our company.
