Content Writing Intern
10/01/09REMOTE APPLICANTS ARE WELCOMED - as well as applicant that can work from our headquarters Intern would write various promotional real estate content and articles for review by our staff. Once reviewed this real estate content would be placed in key locations on the Internet. This position will entail strong attention to detail in all aspects of writing. The content intern would also provide assistance in writing marketing content and real estate advertisements. The intern will work closely with our marketing staff, overlay content into all marketing materials through all mediums of print and internet. Interns will incorporate graphic design to make content visually appealing. A strong knowledge of graphic programs is not required, but the drive to learn them is. (Intern will work with various font sizes and colors to make the content most appealing in a graphical sense). Intern will read through various real estate trade publications and make suggestions on placing advertisements based on competitive ads in that publication etc al. The intern will also be responsible for adding in keywords and phrases into various content and uploading this information to the internet so that it is indexed by various search engines. The Content will cover all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: property management; cleaning services, furnishing, corporate relocation and development. Qualifications: Schedule: 15 - 30 hours per week; intern can work any hours between 9am – 9pm Monday through Sunday. All semesters available. The intern will have the opportunity to receive course credit if applicable and expand his/her portfolio of professional work. This is an unpaid internship that base on evaluation can turn into a position with our company.
