Looking to move into a sweet pad with some sweet peeps?
The house: Sweet 3 bedroom, two story house, with hardwood floors throughout, recessed lighting, sunroom, garage, big gas stove, and Uverse TV and wireless internet. The room for rent is the master bedroom, with plenty of natural light, a great sized walk-in closet, and a private balcony off the front of the house. The room can be provided furnished if needed with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. The house is centrally located in town with U of H, midtown, Rice Village, The Medical Center (TMC) and downtown within a 3 mile radius.
The Roomies: Chris - 22 y/o professional male working downtown for the mayor’s office. Freshly graduated from Arizona State, and a nice, respectful guy. Mars - 26 y/o lady chef starting at a super-sweet new restaurant downtown. Phenomenal cook, and super-chill. She loves to throw down in the kitchen, and can teach you some pretty amazing stuff in there. Both of them are super-respectful of their roommates and common areas.
Rent is $600 + 1/3 of bills.
