ROOMIE NEEDED ALL UTILS INC
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! The BEAUTIFUL place is in west philly At the end of Clark Park (love this area) The street is a mix of small families, grad students, young working adults.The home is a renovated Victorian I am on the 3rd floor. BEST floor. Apt: 2 large bedrooms w/a living room area next to the Open bedroom thats available. Plenty of closet space, 2 closets and 2 more large closets avail outside the room. 1 bathroom (fair size) ALL utililties included. The room available is in the rear-it gets less sun/traffic which i think is good. Wood floors. Kitchen is being redone because its getting a bar that leads into the living room. The paint is a bit Hippy (from the last tenants) some blues/greens/yellows and pictures in closets. Its a really cool place really. Me: im 28, female, work in social services . Im away usually 12hrs a day, I am quiet, dont really know many here-originally im from Connecticut. I watch sports, but I dont party much, when i do its out, away or when i visit home. Mature, Laidback but friendly. Seeking someone fairly tidy, responsible and able to move by Nov 1st. Walking distance to 3 schools, on the 13/34/11 Trolley line, parking is free but a car is not needed. Email me if interested I will be showing it all week/weekend.
