Room for rent in Old Town
10/09/11There is one room for rent in a two bedroom townhouse. The room which is available is beautiful, furnished, and contains an attached office/suite. The only item you would need is a bed with a split box spring. In the photos below, the room with the green rugs is the attached office/suite which is directly connected to the room for rent. There are hardwood floors throughout, a covered front porch which is nice for eating outside, a small patio in the back with a fenced in back yard. There also is a high efficiency washer and dryer, central heat and air as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The location is incredible, it is only two blocks to King Street Metro, which gives access directly into the heart of D.C. It also is on the corner of Peyton and King Street, making it a very very short walk to the many shops and restaurants in Old Town, as well as a very short walk to Whole Foods. The house also has a great deal of space, with a separate large dining room and a nice living room area, all of which are furnished. The other bedroom is occupied by me, and I am a friendly, laid-back, 30 y/o professional female who is quiet and courteous. I basically can get along with pretty much anybody so feel free to email me with any questions you may have. The prospective tenant is a non-smoker with no pets (sorry, Landlord's rules). The room is available November 1.
