Rent is $775 and we are right by U Street Corridor and 7th, 1.5 blocks from the Metro. I will be leaving for Kenya soon and need someone to replace me from middle of December through the end of Spring semester. My roommates are super cool young professionals in their late 20s and we love to chill with wine and beer unless there is a fun spot for a night out. They are super easy going and we are a close bunch. If interested email me and we can hopefully figure out a time to meet this weekend.
