Hello I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. It is a one bedroom place which you would share with another girl. It is right near the metro in college park, a 5 minute walk. The living room is huge and fully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new and everything is in great condition. The only thing you would need is a bed and a dresser. There is a small parking lot outside the building where you can park your car for free!! There is also a security system installed. Rent is 650 plus utilities (rent may be negotiable). The sublet would start as soon as possible and go to the end of june. Please let me know if you have anymore questions please let me know!
