Sublet in shared room-$650
02/10/10Hello I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. It is a one bedroom place which you would share with another girl. It is right near the metro in college park, a 5 minute walk. The living room is huge and fully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new and everything is in great condition. The only thing you would need is a bed and a dresser. There is a small parking lot outside the building where you can park your car for free!! There is also a security system installed. Rent is 650 plus utilities (rent may be negotiable).
