COLLEGE STUDENT NEED APT
I am a 21 yrs old professional female who will be starting Howard University in the fall as a junior. I also have a full time job as a reporter which keeps me very busy. I am very neat, quiet and like to some quiet time when needed and I LOVE watching tv shows, im a sucker for FRIENDS i think it's da most hilarious thing on tv lol. I don't like anything that's loud except when im at the club which only makes sens. I do party occasionally on the week ends but that's very rarely since I like to have my week ends to myself so I can relax. I travel back and forth to BOston so I can spend time with my love ones so in between, work, school, boston and sleeping you will rarely see me. I also love to write which is one of the reason why i am looking for a place where I can have sometime to myself when needed n not have to worry about 2 many distractions. I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends. My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is broadcasting/ publishing. I do not have any pets. I am looking for a place to call home and be comfortable without having to worry abut other peoples crazy life and drama. Honestly I would prefer to get my own place but in order to do that I would have to more somewhere unsafe and not convenient at all and I don't want that. So basically I am looking for a roomate who is laid back, CLEAN, fun to be around, I am not looking for a bff but I definitely want to be able to trust the person i'm going to live with. I don't mind overnight guests since I will have overnight guests myself (about once a month since my family lives in Boston) I honestly wish to find a 2bed 2 bath in the NW, DC area so we wouldn't have to worry about sharing the bathroom but if worst comes to worst I wouldn't mind a 2 bed 1 bath. I love staying active so I wouldn't mind to have a roomate to do stuff with (going out from time to time, hanging out) Basically I want someone I can be comfortable to live with and can also be comfortable to live with me.... I can spend $800 or less .. Oh yeah I'm looking to move by august 1st so the sooner the better :)
