A beautiful Burleith townhouse one block away from Georgetown's campus and the Georgetown Hospital. A safe, residential neighborhood right on the public bus route and extremely close to the Georgetown University public transportation. Friendly landlords.
The basic set-up of the house includes:
-Main floor: one nice sized bedroom as well as a living room, kitchen, and "sun room" (indoor porch)
-Small basement with half a bathroom and washer/dryer
-Second floor: 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom, and 1 full bathroom (with skylight).
- 2 parking spaces in the back (but 3 can easily fit)
-Will come with basic furniture (beds, tables, chairs) but subletters might want to bring some of their own as well.
We are looking for 4 subletters for Summer 2008 from June 4-August 21. Rent for the summer will be $3337.50 per person - this includes a yard fee and a maintenance fee but does NOT include utilities (gas, water, electricity, cable, internet). We are also asking for an $850 security deposit from each subletter which we will return at the end of the summer if no damages to the property are incurred.
