Beautiful furnished home in NW Washington DC to share with two other roommates. The roommates are two professional males in their early 30s. Both are easy going and clean, and are OK with a male or female roommate. One is from Quebec City and is fluent in French and Spanish. He recently bought a Harley and is also into kite surfing and kyacks on class 5 rapids - he is a lot of fun! The other roommate likes to travel and has a dog, however he is rarely home and also takes his dog to work, so you will rarely see them!
The house has everything you need! Hardwood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, wireless, flat screen TV with direct TV and HBO, free off the street parking so you'll never get a ticket, ping pong table, and front and back yard with a garden. Your room can come furnished with a KING SIZE BED and dresser at no extra cost!!!
The house is located 1 block from the 14th street bus which will take you to Columbia Heights, downtown, and Silver Spring. The house is 1.5 miles from the Columbia Heights and Georgia Ave/Petworth Metros. It is a quiet, residential area with nice neighbors. Rent is $955/month + 110 for utilities
