To whom it may concern:
I am a 24 yo professional female, who is easy
going but clean. I like to go out to happy hours and on
weekends. The apartment would be available from Jan - mid July. (we can sign
on again if we get along or if we want to)
I currently live in a 2 bedroom at the Gallery at Rosslyn. My roommate is
moving out end of December, so I will have the second bedroom available. I
have a sweet 10 pound dog (doesn't bark a lot, sleeps most of the time).
Living Room, Kitchen and Bathroom will be completely furnished. Has washer
and dryer in unit. Apartment complex has pool-hot tub, gym, patio/ bbq area,
event area, two blocks from Rosslyn Metro( orange and blue line), 24 hour
free business center (unlimited copying, faxing, or printing), free
conference room for studying, etc. 24 hour Resident Concierge.
Parking is also available for $50 dollars a month.
Your half of the rent would be 1090 plus approximately 150 a month for
utilities (including cable and internet). If you would are interested and
