I am a senior at Georgetown looking for an apt that i can rent for the 2009-2010 school year. Preferably one within 10mins walking distance to the University as it is possible that I may have very early classes. (if not still feel free to contact me). Rent (maybe utilities as well) no more the $1350/month if a 1BR, $2400/month if a 2BR. Furnished or unfurnished. 1BR/2BR. Full Bath. Good lighting (windows). Adequate kitchen space. Thank You :-)
