Position Responsibilities
•Distribute buyer interest forms (BIFs) where target populations (DC workforce and DC residents) are in large numbers (metro stations, front of DC office buildings, etc)
•Make contact with target populations and have prospects complete the BIF or ask them to mail/fax to UniDev
•Generate interest and enthusiasm for the 4th Street Vistas housing
•Report to UniDev (by phone) each day for assigned marketing locations and quotas
•Meet weekly quotas and scan and send completed BIFs to UniDev daily
•Maintain accurate timesheets and submit timesheets to UniDev daily
•Advise Marketing Coordinator on ways to increase and improve outreach to target population
Requirements & Qualifications
•Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
•Undergraduate juniors/seniors majoring in marketing or related business field preferred.
•Ability to commute to metro locations in the DC area during lunch and peak hours
•Energetic and motivated with the ability to generate interest and enthusiasm
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations
Compensation
•Part-time position with flexible hours (15-20 per week)
•$10.00/hour plus $5.00 for each prospect generated that is pre-qualified with UniDev’s preferred lender
•Potential for advancement to permanent marketing position which may involve travel or relocation to UniDev locations across the US.
