Either you or StudentAds.com may delete a posting at any time, for any reason, without explanation.  StudentAds.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the StudentAds.com service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement

By Posting an Ad, you agree:

  1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on StudentAds.com.
  2. You will use the StudentAds.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Any personal information you publish, such as telephones numbers, street addresses, names or e-mail addresses, you do so at your own risk. 
  4. You are solely responsible for your interactions (communicating and/or meeting) with personal or business parties met from StudentAds.com.  
  5. Personals Section:  You agree you are not a minor and at least 18 years of age. 

By Posting an Ad, you agree:

  1. StudentAds.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any posting that does not comply with these prohibitions.
  2. You will not post any photos containing nudity nor sexually oriented comments.
  3. You will not post advertisements for multi-level programs, pyramid schemes, gambling, adult sites or related materials. 
  4. You will not post on the StudentAds.com site any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

Apartment Section

By using StudentAds.com you acknowledge that StudentAds.com is a classified service and not a real estate broker or a apartment information vendor. It does not collect a fee from prospective tenants nor arrange, conduct, coordinate, handle or cause meetings between a tenant and landlord (Real Property Law, Section 446-a).

I t is illegal to advertise or make any statement that indicates a limitation or preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap. This prohibition against discriminatory advertising applies to single-family and owner-occupied housing that is otherwise exempt from the Fair Housing Act

StudentAds.com will not knowingly accept for publication any advertising which violates this law.  In additional StudentAds.com will not accept any advertisements discriminating against individuals based on sexual orientation.
